Job Description

This is a Fully Remote Working role for US Shift, Monday to Friday. (IST About 5 PM onwards)

This position will provide functional support for the Oracle Cloud GL and Oracle EPM modules – ARCS, EDMCS and FCC.

The ability to communicate effectively with business users as well as prepare documentation for requirements, application configurations, test scripts, training material and functional specifications is essential for this position. In addition to providing day-to-day support, this position will be expected to take the lead on rolling out new enhancement requests for GL and EPM modules. Extensive Oracle cloud experience for these modules is required along with strong analysis and problem-solving skills. A proven track record of working on supporting complex systems in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide user functional support for Oracle Cloud GL, Oracle Cloud EPM – ARCS, FCCS, EDMCS.
Lead the hands-on configuration in Oracle Cloud Financials (GL, FA and EPM) and work with key stakeholders to develop solutions in alignment with business requirements.
Partner with customers business stakeholders to execute all phases of the implementation lifecycle – requirements, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Provide guidance to technical team in the development of custom solutions across Reports, Integrations, Conversions, and Extensions
Develop and execute test plans for regression testing for patches, enhancement request, configuration changes, etc.

Job Qualifications:

8-10 years’ experience implementing and/or supporting Oracle GL, FA.
3+ years of Oracle Cloud production support experience is required.
3+ years prior experience with Oracle Cloud Financials, with 2-3 full-lifecycle implementations is preferred.
Expertise in
Oracle Cloud GL,
Oracle Cloud EPM – ARCS, FCCS, EDMCS

Good knowledge of accounting principles and knowledge
Ability to work effectively with Oracle developers on the design and functional testing of custom development items.
Self-driven to achieve the highest standards of service, implementation excellence, and on-time delivery.
Excellent communications skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and high-pressure situations.

Additional Information

Candidates can work on EITHER of the following:
Permanent employment on a 3rd Party Payroll OR
Contract based consultant with a 3rd Party

Job is FULLY REMOTE Working and

US WORK SHIFT timings (Work usually starts at about 5 PM IST to 1 AM IST) (Approximately)
