Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Cloud/DevOps Engineer to lead the transition of our infrastructure from a private colocation environment to Azure while laying the foundation for a scalable, hybrid cloud and on-premise solution. This role is integral to enabling rapid growth, ensuring the portability of our solutions, and implementing modern DevOps practices to support both cloud-based and customer- hosted deployments.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement a robust and scalable cloud infrastructure leveraging Azure and open-source technologies.
Develop a hybrid cloud and on-premise strategy to ensure seamless deployment and management across environments.
Champion containerization, orchestration, and automation to streamline application delivery and operational eKiciency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure with business goals and support the adoption of modern CI/CD workflows.
Implement monitoring, logging, and security practices to ensure system reliability and compliance.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in cloud architecture and DevOps, with a strong focus on hybrid environments.
Expertise in Azure services, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
Proficiency in open-source DevOps tools and frameworks, with a commitment to costeKicient, scalable solutions.
Scripting language min exp - Python/Shell Mandatory
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into strategic outcomes.
A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills to guide teams and share knowledge eKectively.

Additional Information

Important to Note:

This is on 3rd party payroll of TalenTECH Solutions Pvt.Ltd. - the candidate can choose to work on an Employed or Consultanting (Contract)/ of TalenTECH Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Initially for 6 month term (Renewable thereafter)
We are looking for immediate joiners (Max. 15 days notice period, Should be official notice period or serving)
This is Hybrid model working (3 days work from office of the client: CirrusLabs)
Work Shift timings: 2 PM – 11 PM IST (1 side cab facility to drop is provided).
