Job Description

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Statutory Audit Consultant with a strong background in auditing Indian clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in consulting, business development, and P&L management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Statutory Audits for external clients, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Oversee end-to-end audit delivery, including planning, execution, and reporting.
Drive business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and expanding client engagements.
Manage P&L responsibilities, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.
Provide strategic consulting support, advising clients on financial reporting, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance audit methodologies and service offerings.

Key Requirements:
Mandatory experience in the Indian market with a deep understanding of statutory audit requirements.
Proven experience in consulting, with expertise in both delivery and business development.
Strong track record in P&L management, audit delivery, and client management.
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Additional Information

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a Big 4 or leading consulting firm is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Certifications - CISA / DISA / CISSP / CISM
