Duties & responsibilities

What this job involves –

The major responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Detailed financial analysis of Projects

• Pro Forma Cash Flow Preparation across Asset classes

• Query Resolution Support

• Coordination with clients & internal teams

• Market research, data collection, data analysis

• Preparing presentations for various stakeholders

• Experience in conducting detailed Financial analysis of Projects

• Experience in Pro Forma Cash Flow Preparation across Asset classes

• Extensive experience in Financial Modelling

• Real Estate knowledge will be a plus

• Excellent data analysis & presentation skills
