Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and technically strong Technical Full stack Lead who can take charge of Angular-heavy full stack projects, manage team deliverables, and ensure high performance and code quality. The ideal candidate must have a strong foundation in Angular, with working exposure to Java or other backend technologies, and proven experience in team leadership and hands-on development.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of developers and ensure delivery excellence.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Angular-based applications with integration to backend services.
Drive performance optimization and efficient architectural patterns including lazy loading and micro frontends.
Ensure best practices for security, scalability, and performance are implemented and followed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and DevOps.

Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in fullstack or frontend-focused development roles.
Strong expertise in Angular (v12+), RxJS, and related modern frontend frameworks.
Hands-on knowledge of backend development using Java or similar technologies is a plus.
Experience with micro frontends, modular architecture, and scalable solutions.
Solid understanding of software engineering principles, architecture, and design patterns.
Prior experience in leading a technical team or mentoring junior developers.

Good to Have:
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Experience in Agile development methodologies.
