Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Junior Sales Manager to join our Residential team, with a primary focus on expanding our footprint in Alibag and supporting sales efforts across key micro-markets in Mumbai (Bandra West and South Mumbai). This role is critical to our business growth and client satisfaction journey, requiring a sharp understanding of real estate sales, strong client communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Core Responsibilities

1. Alibag Sales & Market Intelligence

 Build in-depth knowledge of all current and upcoming homes and land developments in Alibag.

 Create and maintain a live project database, including asset values, developer details, amenities, possession timelines, maintenance costs, and water supply availability.

2. Client Presentations &Site Visit Management

 Prepare detailed, professional presentations for every client visit. These must include:

o Asset value, project USPs, and floor plans

o Pros and cons of each project

o Maintenance costs and water supply availability

o Travel time

o Map of Alibag highlighting project locations

 Attend client site visits and ensure a seamless, well-informed experience.

3. Sales Support for Mumbai Markets

 Support client servicing and property presentations for high-value areas in Bandra West and South Mumbai.

 Participate in site visits, maintain property knowledge, and assist in shortlisting suitable options.

4. Client Communication & Responsiveness

 Ensure client callback turnaround within 30 minutes of receiving a new inquiry during working hours.

 Maintain consistent, professional communication via email, WhatsApp, and calls.

 Share tailored property options within 12–24 hours post-inquiry.

5. Marketing Coordination & Data Accuracy

 Work closely with the marketing team to:

o Share updated property and project data for EDMs, social media posts, and website uploads

o Ensure EDM data and images are accurate, timely, and aligned with campaign goals

o Support quick turnaround on creatives by providing structured, ready-to-use inputs

o Provide on-ground insights and client feedback to help improve messaging

6. CRM, Documentation & Reporting

 Maintain proper records of all client interactions, property visits, and feedback.

 Update lead status, deal progress, and site visit logs on our CRM

 Submit weekly reports on active leads, upcoming visits, and status updates

Key Success Parameters

 Revenue Targets:

Meet or exceed monthly revenue goals; contribute to team deal closures across Alibag and Mumbai.

 Lead Management:

o Call new leads within 30 minutes of receiving the inquiry

o Share initial property options within 12–24 hours

 Mandate & Inventory Awareness:

o Proactively track just-on-market listings and land opportunities

o Share timely updates with the team on new launches or exclusive assets

 Marketing Integration:

o Collaborate with marketing for quick campaign creative turnarounds

o Ensure accurate and complete data is shared for EDMs, social media, and the website

 Client Experience:

o Prepare presentation decks that reflect in-depth research and attention to detail

o Ensure a seamless and professional experience during site visits

Candidates are expecting to travel between Alibagh and Mumbai
We can look candidates from Alibagh and Mumbai
Candidates must have experience in selling premium properties in SOBO Market with more than 5 CR ticket size
